Tariqa Fassiyathush shadhiliya was gifted to madurai by His Holiness Sheikh Muhammadh Ajwadh Al Fassy (Rali..) some 146 years ago. Though Holy Sheikh couldn’t visit Tamilnadu He sent His Representatives like His Holy son Sheikh Shamsudeen Muhammad Al Fassi Al Makki (Rah..), Sheikh Mohammad saalih Moulana (Rah…), and His Holiness Sheikh Mahmood Ash Shazuli Moulana (Rah..) (Hereditary Grand son of Qutbul Akbar Imam Shadhili Rali…) to madurai, Kayalpattinam and other parts of TamilNadu for people to seek guidance from Them.
To remember our Sheikh’s their urus is commemorated every year in Kazimar Big Mosque Madurai, and Zaviyatul Fassiyatush Shadhuliya Kayalpattinam. As usual Our Sheikh Qutbul ujud Sheikhuna Fassy Rali…’s uroos was celebrated for this year in Madurai on 30.11.2007 and in Kayalpattinam on 02.12.2007. Lot of Iqwan and other muslims gathered in both of the celebrations and were Blessed by our Sheikhs’ Fail (Favour) and Madadh (Blessings).
