There are millions of Ahle sunnat wa jamaat websites which speaks about the real aqeedah of folllowing of prophet’s sunnah which sheiks of various tariqas have thought us.

In this era Wahhabi, Tablighi, Deobandi, Towhidi, salafi, najati groups are increasing their headcounts gradually and it is the duty of every sunni muslim belonging to Ahle Sunnat wal Jamaat to be united to stand against those anti islamic elements.

There is nothing wrong Claiming greatness for sheikhs of their own tariqas, but showing disrespect towards other sheikhs is highly condemnatory. We being true murids of Gausul Akbar Imam Shadhili, and Qutbul ujud Imam Fassi, our ultimate aim is to propagate Aqeeda of Ahlus sunna.

We never disrespect other sheikhs. We also appreciate the work done by brothers in different tariqas either it be Qadiriyya, Naqshbandiya, suhrawardiyya, chistiyya, Rifa iyya who are also striving a lot to spread our aqeeda.

We also need to mention the work done by our brothers of QUTHBIYA MANZIL in Kayalpattanam Tamilnadu who basically belong to Qadiriyyah tariqa and Murids of Darba appa.

The grand urs of Al Aarif Billah Syed Abdus salam Ibrahim Saalim Hazrat waliyullah Rahmatullah alaih is commemorated every year on 18th of Rabiul Akhir. This year Insha Allah it falls on 24th April and it is to be commemorated in a very Grand manner.

The dignity of Madurai Hazrats i.e., Al waliyyul kamil Meer Ahmed Ibrahim (Periya Hazrat) his brother Al Valiyyul kaamil Meer Amjad Ibrahim (Chinna Hazrath) and the latter’s son Al waliiyul Kaamil Al aarifu Billah Syed Abdus salam Ibrahim (Saalim Hazrat) is well known to the world. The arrival of these three hazrats was declared during the period of Hazrat Nabi Sulaiman alaihi salam the mesenger of Allah who ruled over the world, and a jinn by name Jaimur was deployed by Hazrat Sulaiman alaihis salam to serve these three Glorious lights of Islam.

The Birth of Periya Hazrath is connected with a Karamat of Qutb al Hamid Gaus Al majid Badusha Hazrat Sultan Syed Ibrahim Shaheed Raliyallah of Ervadi Durgah, Ramanathapuram District in Tamilnadu a southern part of India. Periya Hadrat has exhibited many great karamats while serving as a Kazi to the then Government, Founder Khalifa of Shadhiliya Tariqa in madurai and a spiritual sheikh of many waliyullahs.

Chinna Hazrat has exhibited a lot many Karaamats and His vilayat was very much strong as He used to go to Haram sharif at Makkah Al mukarrama for his daily prayers within seconds and come back.

The birth of saalim waliyullah is also a miracle as he was very tiny and as short as Half size of a sparrow.Later he grew very gigantic and strong enough to fight with Iblis alaihi lana.

There is a Hadith shariff “Ulamau ummati ka anbiyaayi bani israil‘ which means Ulemas of My (Hazrat Rasulullah sal’s….) ummat are equivalent to anbiya (Prophets) of bani israel. Her Younger son Sultanul karbala Hazrat Seyyidina Imam Husain Razi..’s Elder most son and a great martyr of Karbala Hazrat Seyyidina Imam Ali Akbar raliyallah ta’ala anhu also blessed Abdus salam Hazrat by appearing to naked eye vision and reciting a qasidah speaking about the jihad of karbala which starts as “Lana fi Jannatil ulya maqamu”.

Qutbul Hamid Gausul majid Badusha Hazrat Sultan Syed Ibrahim Shaheed Raliyallah blessed saalim waliyullah with many Qasidahs especially the one which starts as “Wa laula ballu saifi bid dimaai…” which has Isme azam in it.

Qutbul hind Hazrat Abdul Qadir Shahul Himid meeran sahib Kanjasavai manikkapuri wan Nagore, qadir oli has blessed Abdus salam hazrat with a Qasida starting as “Karamatuna tajri ala kulli alami…” which is recited in the Nagore dargah during some important ceremonies.

Qutb of 20^th century Al arif billah Syed Abdus sallam Ibrahim Saalim hazrat has composed many Qasidahs notably on Qutbul Akbar Gausul Ashar Hazrat sayyidina Imam Nooruddeen Abul Hasan Ali ash Shadhili Raliyallah, umpteen number of Qasidahs on Qutbul Hamid Gausul majid Badusha Hazrat Sultan Syed Ibrahim Shaheed Raliyallah of Ervadi dargah, and on Qutbur Rabbani Haikalus samadani Qutbul ujud Imam Fassi raliyallah some Marthiya upon Imam Shamsuddin Makki al Fassi raliyallah Qasidahs on, Sheikh Muhammad Saalih Moulana raliyallah (Saalim hazrat’s Spiritual Sheikh from whom he took ba’it Vow after getting Rasulullah sal..’s consent), Wazir al Akbar Hazrat sultan Sikandar badshah shaheed raliyallah (Tirupparankundram, Madurai), Qutb Hazrat Abdul Qadir Shahul Hamid meeran sahib waliyullah (nagore dargah), Sulthan Alauddin waliyullah Sulthan Shamsuddin Waliyullah of Goripalayam, Madurai and on Khalifatul Khulafa Abubakar Miskin Saahib Rahmathulla aliah of Kayalpattinam and lot many Qasidahs.

Those Three waliyullahs spread the fragrance of Islam throught Tamilnadu with Shadhiliya sufi order in tasawwuf as their main objective. Some notable students of These Three sheikhs are A’la Hazrat of vellore (Founder of Bakhiyathus salihath arabi madrsa the very first of its type in tamilnadu and the largest till date), and the founders of some great madrasas in tamilnadu like Bodakudi Noor e muhammadiya madarasa and Nidur Misbahul huda madrasa. Also some other great scholars of Tamil Islamic world such as Khalwat (Khalwath) nayagam wappa, Jalwath (Jalwat) nayagam, Shaykh Nayagam (All from keelakarai belonging to the traditional family of the Aroosiya Thaika Madarasa and Arabic college and aulads of it’s founder Madihur Rasul Imamul Aroos Mappillai Lebbai Aalim Rahmathullahi alaihi who composed a famous bait on Imam Shazili called as Mappillai alim Bait), Puthanatham Periya Hazrat Abdul Qadir wali.., Panaikulam Syed Ahmad BABA wali, and many more Islamic scholars of Srilanka were the disciples and students of these great waliyullahs.

The anniversary of Gausul Azam Hazrat Sheikh muhaiyadden Abdul Qadir Gilani Baghdadi (Qaddasallah…..) is commemorated all over the world where Qadiriyya tariqa is in flourish. But a muslim who is under the tarbiyyah of a Sufi sheikh, will give due regards to sheikhs of all tariqas and all Qutbs, Ghouses, and waliyullahs.

We, shadhili iqwan being the true murids of Gausul Akbar Hazrat Imaam Shadhili (Rali…) and Qutbul ujud Imaam Fassi (Rali…), and the true followers of fassiyatush Shadhiliya order, we commemorate the Urs of all sheikhs. Ghaus al azam, Mahboobe Subhani Hazrat Muhaiyadden Abdul Qadir Geelani’s urus is celebrated world wide on Rabiul akhir 11 of every Hijri year. But there is one more say (Rivayat) for it to be on Rabiul Akhir 17^th. But any how 11th is accepted world wide among the people of Qadiriyyah tariqa.

In Kazimar street Madurai, A big Dhikr Hazra (Hulqa) majlis of fassiyatush shadhiliya tariqa is to be held on 17^th April 2008 11^th rabiul Akhir Gyaarveen in commemoration of Mahboob e subhani’s urs this year. A few hundred iqwan of both Shadzuliya and Kadiriyya tariqas are expected to witness this grand occasion.

In some other places in Tamilnadu like Ervadi Durga, Nagore Durga, Kayalpattinam (In shrines like Zawiya, Mahlara, sadakathulla appa taika, quthbiyamanzil, Khalwath nayagam taika etc.,), Puthanatham, Keelakkarai, Chennai, Tuticorin, melapalyam etc., urus of Hazrat Abdul Qadir Gilani Rali… is held in a grand manner with recital of Moulid, Raatib etc.,. In some places it is also called as Ghouse nayagam kandoori.

Let Allah jal.. take us in the right path and such occasions of sheikhs of tasawwuf be held all over the world for ever. Aamin…!!!

Mahboobe Subhani Hazrat Abdul Qadir Gilani (Rali…) got an order from God that is “After your demisal from this world, a waliyullah called Abul Hasan Ali Ash Shadhili will originate from maghribdhiyar. He will attain an unachievable position (maqaam)  of a Ghouse, so go there and inform this”.Accepting this order from Allah (jal…) Hazrat Ghousul A’alam Abdul Qadir Gilani (Rali…) left his country and after a very long journey reached Africa.

              Abdul Qadir Gilani searched a lot there and at last found Sheikh Mashish who was from Rasulullah (sal…)’s heridity. He Briefed him the incident and asked to bring his son whom he wants to call on.  Sheikh Mashish had 10 sons and brought all them before Hazrat Ghousul A’alam. But the child whom he wants to meet was not among those 10 children. Sheikh Abdul Qadir Gilani asked some other child he had if any? Sheikh Mashish brought a boy of about a year and introduced his name to be Abdussalam. Hazrat Ghousul A’alam muhaideen Abdul Qadar Gilani greeted that child and said only to see this child I had travelled such a long distance. This child will turn as an accomplished sheikh.Sheikh of the Sheikhs, Qutb of the Qutbs, Ghouse of the Ghouses an unrivalled Waliyullah like me Abul Hasan Ali Ash Shadhili (Rali…) will vow to this child. I am declaring this now. I am presenting this Greedom as hadiya unto Sheikh Shadhili, convey this from me. Saying Hazrat Mahboobe Subhani gave his greedom on the hands of that child Sheikh AbdusSalam Ibn Mashish and returned back.

The Birth anniversary (Meelad majaalis) of Hazrat Rasulullah Sallalahu alaihi wa sallam is celebrated with enthusiasm all across the world to make a muslim’s Eimaan (faith) still more stronger and to prove himself the real muslim and to declare to the world a muslim’s affection towards Prophet.(LPBUH).The entire world recites Moulid sharifs, Qasidahs, Nats, Inshads and Baits to exhibit their love towards their prophet especially in the month of Rabi ul Awwal.

As per our 135 years old tradition a twelve day moulid majlis started in Kazimar periya pallivasal (Kazimar big mosque) by shadhili iqwan on 10^th of April 2008 the First Night of Rabiul awwal.

Hariri moulid composed by Sheikh Abdur rahman Al Hariri Ash Shadhili rali… a great sheikh of this shadhiliya tariqa commending on whose moulid Hazrat Rasoolullah sal.. said “Oh..! Hariri.. What a tremendous job you have done? You have brought a Sea full of water in just a small jug”. That much shot but elucidative is that Hariri moulid described as shortest moulid in the world which describes the entire life of Hazrat Rasulullah sal.

A real sunni muslim need not be explained much about Qasida burdah which was composed by Sheikh Sharafuddin Muhammad abu saeedil busari ash shadhili Rali… Each and every muslim must be knowing the nobility of Qasida burda and the way it helps all muslims to get rid of their Musibat.

Both Hariri mowlid and Qasidah Burda Sharif were recited followed by various Inshad (nashida) Baits and Qasidas, daily in which lot many shadhili iqwan took part with greater interest. Tabarruk were distributed to all participants.

On the 12 th dayof Rabi ul avval (21^st April 2008) on the day of Eid Meelaad, a very grand Shadhiliya Zikr Halqa (Hadra) majlis was conducted and hundreds of people took part. It was presideded by, Qazi of Madurai, Khalifa Mowlavi A.Syed Khaja mueenuddeen B.A., and on the next day a special mowlid was conducted in which Quotes from Tamil mowlid Seera Puranam written by Umar Pulavar (Rah…) and urdu qasidas were also recited along with regular moulids. The audio of the twelfth day Eid e Mliad Sharif Hadra was telecasted LIVE to our Shadhili iqwans in Bhubaneswar, Orissa.

Let Allah jal.. accept this amal from us and our Shafi il Muznibin Hazrath rasoolullah sal.. bestow His intercedal (shafat) as a reward for this.. Aamin!!!

Its a waajib (duty) upon every muslim to commemorate the birth of Hazrat rasulullah sallaalahu alihi wa sallam in the month of Rabi ul awwal the real autmn season of every muslim.

                    There is a view with some illeterate ulema (scholars) of Islam who very well lack in the knowledge of Islam that the Prophet (Peace be upon Him)’s meelad sharif sholud not be commemorated. They should see the narration of Hazrat Abbas (Let Allah be satisfied with Him).

              once Hazrat Abbas (LABSWH) saw Abu lahab (His brother & Sallahu alaihi wasallam’s paternal uncle) in a dream, some years after the latter’s demisal. Hazrat Abbas (LABSWH) inquired about his life in jahannam (hell) as he was a great foe of Islam and our beloved Prophet. Abu lahab replied “I have been put at the bottom of the hell and my companions there are Firaun, namrud, haamaan etc., who were the great agitators against the Prophets sent by ALLAH (jal…) but the only difference between them and me is on every Monday nights i am being given relief from the fire of hell and my fourth finger of my right hand (pointing which i gave independence to my lady slave suaiba rejoicing the birth of a child in my brother Abdullah’s house [which is our own Nabi]) acts as a fountain of cold water with which i do suck and drink abundant sweet and chill water. It helps me in surviving the fire of hell for the entire week till next monday comes”.Shockingly raised from the bed Hazrat abbas (rali..) and narrated about this to other sahaba.

                 If a person of abilahab’s worst stature is given this much reward by Allah for expressing a little ecstacy over the birth of Rahmat ul lil alamin, then why not we the real aashiq e rasools (Prophet lovers) be rewarded by Rabbul aalamin for the sake of Rahmat ul lil alameen.This is the question which comes around the world which is never answered and cannot be answered till qiyamah.

Wondrously excellent the full moon (the beloved of Al-Laah, (Sallal Laahu Alaihi wa Sallam) Has arisen over us from the vale of separation. It has, thus, become incumbent upon us To be thankful For the appearance of the full moon (Sallal Laahu Alaihi wa Sallam) till such time as A supplicant can pray, that is till doomsday.

Allahumma swalli wa sallim ala manja’altahu sababal inshiqaqi li asrarikal jabarutiyyah…..                          

                     **** EID MEELAD SHARIF MUBARAK ****

A bayan majlis for women commomerating the Shahadat (Martyrdom) of the Elder Grandson of Prophet Peace be upon him was conducted for 15 days at Khalifa’s residence here at kazimar stret, madurai. Many a woman from in and around of the locality took part with greater enthusiasam so as to pave a way to get interceded Shafaat on the day of judgement by Hazrat Rasulullahsallallaahu alaihi wa sallam and ahlebait. The bayan majlis was conducted from the 20th day of the Islamic month of Safar till its end. Khalifa Moulavi Haji Afsar hussain conducted the majlis. A grand bayan held on the Day of Shahadath of Imam Hasan (rali..) which falls on 28th of SAFAR.

A Bayan Majlis commemorating the Shahadat of Sultanul Karbala Seyyaduna Hazrat Imam Husain Raliyallu taala anhu is conducted at Kazimar Big Mosque, Madurai, India. It starts on Islamic New Year (Hijri) 1st of Muharram and ends on 30th, Daily from Asar to Isha. It is conducted by Moulana Moulavi. A. Syed Khaja Mueenuddeen B.A., Khalifatush Shadhili and Government Kazi of Madurai.

Actually this practice of conducting Muharram Bayan Mehfil started during the period of Al waliyyul kaamil Moulana Meer Ahmed Ibrahim Rahmatullahi alaihi (Hazrat al Kabeer) the only Kazi to the then Government. He was a great sunni scholar and a muhib and Awlad of Ahlebait e Rasoolullah sal… There is no Matam or any other Shiite (Shia) practices.

On the day of Ashura a Grand Zikr majlis is conducted and after that Hasnain Qasidah, Fatima Zahra (Rali…) Qaseedha, Ali Akbar (Rali…) Qaseedha are recited. Hasnain Qasidah is a Marsiya composed by Al Arif Billah Syed Abdus Salam Ibrahim Rahmathullahi Alaihi (Saalim Hazrat) who is the son of Al waliyyul Kaamil Meer Amjad Ibrahim Rahmathullahi Alaihi (Hazrat As Saghir). This Qasidah was verified and approved by Hazrat Rasoolullah sal.. Only a few Qasidahs in this world possesses such a (Sharafat) speciality.

Fatima Zahra Qasida starts as “Anaz Zahra” this is a Qasida composed by Seyyidat an Nisa Hazrat Fatima Zehra Rali.. Daughter of our Holy prophet sal… and offered to Saalim Hazrat in Her physical presence. (Not while Sleeping or Dream.).

Ali Akbar (Rali…) Qaseedha was composed by Hazrat Seyyadhuna Imam Ali Akbar (Rali…) who is the Grandson of Mushkil Kusha Hazrat Moula Ali..Karramallahu wajhahu ( and Eldest son of Hazrat Imam Husain Rali…) and this too was offered to Saalim waliyullah Rahmathullah in His physicsal presence.

On the last day of Bayan a Qaseedhah compsed by Hazrat Hammam ibn Ghalib Abu Firas Rali.. Farazdaq poet which completely praises Ahlebait e Rasulullah.

The grand uroos of Sheikh Mohammed salih moulana Rahmatullahi alaihi (who is the Hereditary grand son of Gausul Azam Mehboob Subhani Hazrat Sheikh Muhaiyaddeen Abdul Qadir jilani) is to be celebrated on 08-01-2008 (29th Zil Haj) at Kazimar street, Madurai. People from various parts of the city are expected to turn up in large numbers. As usual the Moulidh Sharif starts with SUBHANA MOULID followed by Ya Khutbah of Imam Abul Hasan Ali Ash Shadhili and the Qasidah of Sheikh muhammadh saalih moulana Rah… and the majlis ends with Duaa & Jalala.This is a grand anniversary held only in madurai throughout India. Iqwan who participate in this majlis with any Niyyat finds it answered within the year with the Duaa and Wasila of our Sheikh.
